Prophet Dr. David Owuor made a striking prophecy during a live call to Jesus is Lord Radio (105.9 and 105.3 FM terrestrially, and online through www.jesusislordradio.info). He spoke of a massive visitation coming to the Democratic Republic of Congo, specifically mentioning the healing of a lunatic and a young girl in light clothing who—though crippled and lying in the dust—would rise and walk. Just five days later, the prophecy unfolded dramatically in Kinshasa, outside the DRC Parliament building, where thousands had gathered for a much-anticipated meeting.

In the days leading up to the event, Prophet Dr. David Owuor presided over a two-day pastors’ conference, nurturing church leaders from across the DRC in the Word of God and emphasizing holiness and the urgent message of the coming Messiah. By the time the final meeting day arrived, anticipation had reached its peak. The venue was secured, yet it overflowed as believers streamed in, many carrying their sick relatives. Doctors and medical teams were stationed at a designated checkpoint known as “Gate One,” where every case was carefully examined and documented. Each patient was issued a badge stating their condition, ensuring that any claims of healing would be medically verifiable.
When Prophet Dr. David Owuor finally entered the meeting, the atmosphere shifted into deep reverence. Calm and composed, he laid down the protocol of the visitation of GOD JEHOVAH YAHWEH HIMSELF. He sang briefly—”HALLELUYAH”—a short worship song unto the LORD HIS GOD. Soon after, he made a short decree lasting for about five minutes. What followed was an eruption of miracles that left the crowd stunned. The very girl mentioned in the prophecy five days earlier—afflicted with cerebral palsy and brought into the meeting on her mother’s back—suddenly stood up and began to walk. Indeed, as the Word says in Amos 3:7 (KJV):
“Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”
Other healings followed in quick succession. A woman in a green dress rose from her wheelchair and walked away. A man who had been dependent on metal braces to support his damaged knees walked freely without them. A stroke victim who had been paralyzed on one side stood and walked, and a woman suffering from a severe back condition was instantly healed; she could now jump and bend freely, leaping for joy as the Bible says in Isaiah 35:6 (KJV):
“Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.”
Blind eyes opened and deaf ears were unstopped. A young girl, deaf and mute from birth, suddenly heard, and her mother could not believe it, while another woman’s hearing was fully restored.
One of the most remarkable moments came when a violent lunatic, who also suffered from epilepsy, was brought forward. He was so strong that five men were required to restrain him. But at the Prophet’s decree, he was completely delivered live on camera. His sanity was restored before the eyes of senior doctors. The Bible records a similar power in Mark 5:1–15:
“And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit… But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him… And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.”
A young man with a testicular tumor was also healed; the growth dissolved upon that single decree, and he began to run and jump freely.
What distinguished this mission was not only the magnitude of the healings but also the strict verification process that accompanied them. Prophet Dr. David Owuor has long emphasized integrity, and in Kinshasa, every healing was confirmed through doctors and medical teams before being announced. This stood in sharp contrast to the wave of fake miracles that has plagued much of the modern church.
By the close of the day, the Democratic Republic of Congo had experienced an historic visitation. Cripples walked, the blind saw, the deaf heard, and the insane were restored—all at the decree of a single servant of the LORD. Yet beyond the miracles, the Prophet’s message was clear: HOLINESS IS the only pathway to ETERNITY.
Hebrews 12:14: “Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.”
For many in Kinshasa, August 30, 2025, will not be remembered merely as a day of healing, but as the day Heaven touched their land.
