He described a vision of a U.S. submarine, which normally travels deep in the ocean, coming very close—about 500 metres from the Venezuelan shore. In the vision, the submarine submerged and appeared as a massive dog, as tall as a 20-storey building, with its antenna visible above the water. Roadblocks were established across Venezuela, with the military searching each vehicle.
Prophet Dr. David Owuor also revealed the spiritual reasons behind the coming judgment: he saw a transgender woman attempting to seduce men in a highly immoral manner, which he identified as abomination, sin, and immorality—provoking God’s judgment. PROPHECY OF 30TH NOVEMBER 2025
On 30th November 2025, at 20:57 EAT, Prophet Dr. David Owuor came live on Jesus Is Lord Radio 105.9/105.3 FM (jesusislordradio.info) to share a prophecy given before leaving Venezuela on 17th November 2025. Senior clergy, government officials, and the media in Venezuela had already received parts of this prophecy.
In the vision, he saw U.S. President Donald Trump in Venezuela, clearing the land as one would clear a field for agriculture. The soil appeared light, and the borders of the nation were visible because it had been completely cleared. Trump said, “Now we can start developing it.”
Prophet Dr. David Owuor then asked the audience in Venezuela about the meaning of this vision—whether buildings would be flattened and why none were visible in the cleared field. He continued the vision, describing Trump in a corridor in Venezuela, accompanied by a woman seems to be Machiado the opposition leader who recently received noble peace prize , and Trump was riding the presidential limousine (the Beast) in Venezuela.
